VISA 
        For foreign citizens entering Vietnam, please visit the website of Immigration Department: https://vietnam-immi.org to find out whether you can apply for visa exemption or visa on arrival.
• E-visa is one of the methods for foreigners who wish to enter Vietnam, especially after August 15, 2023, all applicants are eligible to apply for e-visa regardless of their entry purposes and nationalities.
• With E-visa, you will no longer have to visit Vietnam Embassies but your paperworks would be issued electronically by the Vietnam Immigration Department. The visa validity also changed to up to 90 days for single or multiple entries. The processing time for E-visa is normally from 3 to 4 working days.
Invitation Letters
• The invitation letter will be issued after the 
		successful registration issued by the IPMV Committee Board.
          • Your name must be listed exactly as it appears on your passport. 
		Any differences between the name on your passport and the name on your 
		invitation letter or other documentation could lead to a delay and/or 
		denial of your visa.
          • Please note IPMV Conference and the organizing committees of the 
		conference are not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond 
		providing the Notification of Invitation Letter issued by IPMV 
		Conferences and conference Committee Board. Should your application be 
		denied, IPMV Conferences and the organizing committee of the conference 
		cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will 
		IPMV Conferences and the organizing committee of the conference engage 
		in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on behalf 
		of the applicant. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA 
		application of individual being denied.
          • It takes around one month for the Embassy to process the VISA 
		application, please register as early as you can to make sure you have 
		enough time.
